ask the doctor, tell them what problems you have, maybe check the vitamins levels or something, we could give advice but we are not doctors.

i mean, we cant just take vitamins by ourselves because it can cause sickness. i took iron once by myself and i felt like throwing up because it was too much for me and once i took one multivitamin by myself and it made me twitch because it was too many in one. so i gave up some of them and i took less from other. i think it depends on body weight and the real needs for vitamins that only a doctor can tell us what it is really.

I am taking the following with the approval of my hematology doctor:

folic acid 1 mg tablet - 1 per day
Vit D3 - 2 times per day
ferrous sulfate (iron) 325 mg - 2 per day with vit C
Vit B-12 - 1 per day
Vision health w Lutein - 1 per day
zinc 30 mg tablet - 1 per day

I also take a good quality multi-vitamin daily as well.
