Hi. I did research and it says it helps. So I will try it. My dr has giving me I think is 5 mg but research says we need more so I will make list of foods. Let’s see.

I am taking folic acid and due for another blood test and consultation soon. My red blood cells halved despite having folic acid so fingers crossed on the next test. Staying positive. I have Cold AIHA
