Keep blood oxygen above 96 to prevent oxidation of Hemoglobin ,Hb1,causing Fatigue due to Anemia/low Hemoglobin, even when blood test does not show-only a Methemoglobin test will. The oxidation of Hb1 is due to high inflammation-Il-6 and TNF.Walking every day reduces TNF.I walked 40 miles a week for 11 years as my main treatment..I also found taking PQQ helped Mtochondria which is where inflammation comes from.None of this is known by Doctors.I had to fight to get a $45 Methemoglobin test. This is a journey-get off the one pill fix mode.Prednisdone dampens inflammation-does not treat root cause and will lower immune function which can causes increased oxidation nad inflamamation.I use Science as I studied it and became a translational Biochemist (convert research freom NIH into helath diagnoses and treatments using Epigenetics it for Precision Health Neurogenomics-the use of your gene variants(23&me) to deterine food which helps and that which makes you worse-the same for food supplements and drugs..Gut health is crucial for controlling inflammation.Avoid Night Shades,Brocolli,Brissel Sprouts, and ALL Sulfa Drugs(Bactrim,Cipro, etc.) as this will cause severe fatigue and AIHA due to G6PD Deficiency.I do not take any drugs. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7726568/.Staet by walking and eliminating Sullur foods, drugs and supplements.Control bllod sugar.Fred-age 83.

Thanks Fred. My functional doctor has been working on my Mitochondrial function for a bit. I'm going to share what you've mentioned about PQQ. Interesting stuff.

This may seem like an oversimplification in answering the question but for me, a sleep deficit generates fatigue. Whenever I have sufficient sleep, (8-9 hours), I don’t have fatigue and I generally feel great!
