I understand the dynamics of participation in daily activities. A day’s overload can generate physical and psychological stress.
Fatigue would be a manifestation of that.

I agree that a good sleep makes a big difference. Also, making decisions daily about your days activities so that you manage your days energy and don’t allow yourself to become depleted. . It is hard to recover if the bucket gets too empty. Self care…everyday.

From my own experience, getting adequate sleep is probably the single, most override factor in dealing with fatigue.
I always feel great in the mornings but inadequate sleep the night before will inevitably lead to early fatigue later in the day when the body tries to compensate for the sleep deficit.

I have found that if I drink orange juice followed by an iron pill at night, I wake up feeling pretty energized
