They need to understand that we aren't being lazy when we can't do the things we used to. Like go up steps, walking right after eating and need to rest durning the day.
We aren't as able to go all day and night!!

When the bucket is empty…..the bucket is empty! I
I don’t need a nap, I don’t need “oh you poor dear”.
I sure don’t need “just push through it”.
I just need to stop and be still for a while until my body catches up with me.
